    JCW’s underfloor heating product portfolio includes popular products such as Tacker Guns, Tacker Clips, Castellated Floor Panels, Universal Clip Rail,    Perimeter Edging Strip, Pipe De-Coilers, Aluminium Spreader Plates, Push Pin Heating Clips and Pipe Bend Formers.

    Universal Clip Rail accommodates pipe diameters up to 22mm and features a peel off self-adhesive strip which is used to quickly and easily position underfloor heating pipes. The JCW Tacker Gun is used to fix underfloor heating pipe to the insulation layer and is available for use with 40mm Tacker Clips and 60mm Tacker Clips. As an alternative to the JCW Tacker Gun, manually located underfloor heating Push Pin Heating Clips are also available in 45mm and 65mm.

    The task of preparing the floor for laying underfloor heating pipes can be simplified by employing JCW’s Castellated Floor Panels. JCW Castellated Floor Panels reduce the installation time of underfloor heating pipes with the profile panel assisting with quick and easy pipe positioning. This adds efficiency to your installation and increases your profitability by saving time and money on site.

    The job of handling and laying the underfloor heating pipe can be streamlined further by using the JCW Pipe De-Coiler. This facilitates the unrolling of underfloor heating pipe in a quick and controlled manner during installation. The difficult task of creating acute bends in your underfloor heating pipe can be easily mastered by employing the JCW Pipe Bend Former. The JCW Pipe Bend Former allows underfloor heating pipe to be bent in a 90° bow without forming kinks, as this may impede the flow within the pipe. The JCW Pipe Bend Former is therefore an essential piece of equipment in any wet underfloor heating installation.

    JCW also offer highly efficient Aluminium Spreader Plates which ensure the correct positioning of underfloor heating pipes during installation.  Aluminium Spreader Plates also deliver a more even and efficient distribution of heat from the underfloor heating pipes when the system is fully operational. Completing the JCW portfolio, Perimeter Edging Strip for use at the edges of separating floors and ideal for use in underfloor heating systems is also available in a variety of convenient sizes.
